Piles

Piles also know as Hemorrhoids, are swollen and inflamed veins in the lower rectum or around the anus. They can be internal or external, developing under the skin around the anus. Piles-Hemorrhoids are similar to varicose veins and act as cushions to protect the anal skin during bowel movements. When swollen or inflamed the become very painful and cause Severe burning sensation and Bleeding if untreated on time. They may vary from Grade I to IV. Nowadays people all age groups are likely to be affected by Piles, Fissure and Fistula.

Fistula

Anal Fistula (Bhagandar), is an abnormal tunnel or connection that forms between the inside of the anus and the surrounding skin. It often occurs as a result of an infection or abscess that didn’t heal properly. If untreated, fistulas can cause recurring infections, pain, and discharge.

Fissure

Anal fissure is a small tear or crack in the lining of the anus. It can cause sharp pain and bleeding during, and after bowel movements. Anal fissures are common and can affect people of all ages.

Virechana (Laxative)

Basti (Medicated Enema)

Blood Letting
